Nottingham
Situated in Nottingham's historic Lace Market is Monumental's Head Office.
In the nineteenth century the world's leading lace manufacturers competed to build the most magnificent factories to house their machinery and workforce, copying facades from stately homes, and even rerouting the roads in order to show them in their best light. By the 1950s they had fallen into disuse, but the area underwent regeneration in the late 1990s and is now the centre of Nottingham's professional services industry.
Within a hundred yards of the offices are the new Nottingham Contemporary galleries and the National Ice Arena.
India
Monumental's Indian offices are situated in Pune, a hub of academia and research in the state of Maharashtra. Easily reached from the Indian capital Mumbai, the offices are part of a 45-acre campus called the EON Free Zone, which consists of four vast clover leaf-shaped buildings.
